The antithesis to all that is digital is…

for certain, Mr. Dan McCullough. I could always use some balance in my life so… I will be spending this Friday evening here and invite you all to join me. See details after this paragraph. Dan is a writer’s writer. And at the same time a storyteller in the classic traditional sense. The kind of story where after hearing the first few spoken words, you hunker down until the end, knowing you will be entertained, educated, and involved. Dan is the type of guy I would give $10,000 in cash to and know for sure it would ALL get to the homeless people he helps. I would sleep like the proverbial baby. I do not say that lightly. Dan is a man among men. If you want a taste of what is in store, click the Part 1 audio link on his website here: http://danmccullough.com/ I know if you do I will see you at the event 🙂 Powerful stuff. The real deal. No special effects, no background music, no moving pictures. The spoken word.

I look forward to seeing you there and helping those less fortunate. Although I am sure I will not be giving $10,000, I am just as sure that Dan would say,  “It is the act, not the amount, that counts.”
This Friday, at Cape Cod Community College! 7pm – Get there early.
Be the Outlaw, the one that helps others with no thought of themselves.

Our spring night of readings to benefit the TEAM M25 homeless outreach on Cape Cod will take place on Friday, May 24th at 7 p.m. at the Tilden Arts Center on the campus of Cape Cod Community College. Please join us for a one-man evening of readings of fiction and non-fiction. Some of you will laugh; some will cry. All will have an entertaining Question and Answer session after the readings.

Come and be entertained, have a chance to chat with Dan and, most importantly, take the opportunity to contribute to those among us who face the challenge of homelessness.

Plenty of parking close to the Arts Center.

No reservations or reserved seats. Doors open @ 6:00.

At the door:

General Admission: $18.

CCCC Students with picture ID: $12

Please feel free to bring a new or freshly washed pair of white socks for the homeless.
